Jiu Jitsu Black Belt  •  MMA Champion  •  Girls Who Fight Founder 

Girls Who Fight was founded by Gemma Sheehan — former MMA fighter, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, and passionate advocate for empowering women.​ 

 

With over 16 years of martial arts experience, Gemma built a 5–1 MMA record, won gold at the IBJJF Pan Championship, and was ranked the top female fighter in Ontario.

 

In 2017, she stepped away from competition to pursue a new mission: using her experience to help women like you feel strong, confident, and prepared.
