About the event
Empower your Girl Scouts with knowledge and skills that keep them safe and build their confidence!
Our Girl Scout workshop teaches Girls Scouts self defense basics and allows girls to earn their self defense badge!
STEP 1: Learn Self Defense Techniques
Girls learn simple, fun, and effective self defense techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing, like how to defend a punch, escape a wrist grab, reverse being pinned to the ground, and more!
